Refund Policy

At Hublancer, we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform for clients and freelancers to connect and work together. We understand that sometimes issues may arise during the course of a project, and we want to ensure that our clients are protected. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we will refund client payments for orders placed through our platform.

Refund Eligibility:
a. If a client places the order on the service of a freelancer through Hublancer and the freelancer fails to complete the order within the agreed-upon timeframe or fails to deliver the expected results, the client may be eligible for a refund.
b. Refunds are only applicable for orders placed on services through Hublancer's platform. If a client hires a freelancer directly, without using our platform, Hublancer cannot refund the payment.If a client chooses to hire a freelancer directly, Hublancer cannot refund the payment. This is because the client hires the freelancer and sends the payment directly to the freelancer through the Hublancer platform. However, if the freelancer does not withdraw the payment and fails to complete the client's job, Hublancer has the ability to refund the payment from the freelancer and add it to the client's account.

Initiating a Refund Request:
a. In the event of non-completion or unsatisfactory work, the client must contact our customer support team within 3 days of the order completion deadline or receipt of incomplete/unsatisfactory work.
b. The client should provide detailed information about the issue, including any communication or evidence of the freelancer's failure to deliver the expected results.
c. Hublancer will review the refund request and may request additional information or clarification from both the client and the freelancer involved.

Hublancer's Discretion:
a. Hublancer will make a determination on refund eligibility based on the provided information and our internal investigation.
b. Hublancer reserves the right to refuse a refund if the client has violated our terms of service or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
c. Hublancer's decision regarding the refund request is final and binding.

Refund Process:
a. If Hublancer approves the refund request, the payment amount will be refunded to the client's Hublancer account.
b. The refunded amount will be available for future use on Hublancer's platform and can be used to pay for other freelance services.
c. Refunds will not be processed to external payment methods (e.g., credit cards or bank accounts), as the funds are considered virtual within the Hublancer platform.

Freelancer Withdrawal Policy:
a. If a freelancer fails to withdraw the payment from their Hublancer account within 3 days of the refund approval, Hublancer may recover the refunded amount from the freelancer's account and add it back to the client's account.
b. Hublancer reserves the right to take appropriate actions against freelancers who repeatedly fail to fulfill their obligations, including limited to account suspension or termination.
